Starting with an assortment of typical winter groceries, Marisa McClellan, my Local Mouthful podcast co-host, and I will teach you how to turn pantry staples and crisper odds and ends into warming, healthy soups for cold nights.
This class will focus on soup making techniques. Students will leave with the skills and a basic, adjustable template to make a pot of soup from what they have on hand. We'll explore how to use this technique to eat well on a budget, minimize food waste, and eat more vegetables (even in winter). Plus, we'll make soup and enjoy eating a bowl together.
Tickets cost $15. Buy them here.
